Paul was very responsive and helpful. We truly appreciate you letting my family and me stay in your home. The area was quiet and close to all the stores—about 5–12 minutes away. Our Thanksgiving was wonderful, and I had a great time with my family. Thank you again for everything!

Loved the place, very clean, he was very on point when I texted him anything about the house, the house was very beautiful and a lot of space, I would stay here every time I come to ATL with a group of friends….really really enjoyed my B-Day weekend…Thanks again Paul

Nice place, quiet and calm neighbourhood. House really clean, good place for 5-6 people. Contact with landlord and his support really great! I recommend this place if you want to stay in calm place in Atlanta.

My family and I enjoyed. Everything was great. Paul and his staff responds quickly and very professional. Nice and quiet neighborhood. House was very cleaned, nice, and spacious. It was enough room for my whole family. We will definitely be coming back soon.

My family and friends had a great experience on our stay at Paul's place. It had all the space we needed, and we felt right at home. Paul was very attentive and a great host.

Paul was really kind and helpful. He even checked in on us when we checked in which is something that is rarely done by host. His home was well kept and beautiful for my large group. I had to do an early checkout due to an emergency and he was very understanding and nice. I will book again if I ever need somewhere to stay in the Atlanta area!

Very nice house. Lots of space and room. House was clean and felt very comfortable. Great location. I would have liked to have more items in the kitchen to choose from but we still got the job done. Charcoal grill was in great condition. Lovely house. I would definitely recommend any family to stay there. Our host Paul was quick to respond to the two questions I had. check in and check out was easy.

The house is in a good neighborhood with lots of amenities close by. it was easy to get to plenty of places across Atlanta from this location. The house has a great backyard and cool pool room/bar space in the basement for hanging out. The owner was easy to message and communicated all necessary info for the stay!
